i had a great stay at country inn & suites by radisson! the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping my king room comfortable. it was clean and well-stocked, which I really appreciated. the staff greeted me warmly upon arrival, making me feel at home. plus, the location is super convenient for checking out holiday nights at greenfield village!

Also, the bathroom ceiling leaked during my last day, raising some concerns about maintenance. I didn't feel comfortable using the bathroom that day. The breakfast offered was alright, but improvements could be made, especially considering the overall cost of my stay. A couple of extra pillows would have been nice, as I had requested before arriving, but that didn’t happen. While the staff was friendly and helpful, the overall experience could be improved with better attention to these specific details.

The heating and cooling system had mold issues that were only addressed after I insisted on a room change. Sound insulation was poor, leading to noisy nights. If noise is a concern, aim for a higher floor.
